Julie met with contractors to prepare the property and made herself available to fit my schedule. Julie went above and beyond expectations of a Realtor in helping to sell estate furniture – also worked very hard to find a suitable resolution to a property line disagreement.
Julie worked hard with our lender and Title Company to make sure escrow closed on time. She spent time helping us find the right home and we never felt rushed or pushed. Since this was my first home purchase and my wife’s second, she really helped guide us through the transaction process from making an offer to close of escrow. Julie even followed up with us after the home purchase to make sure things were going well.
Julie was always on top of keeping us informed about everything. She made the whole process so smooth. We were hardly stressed at all! Julie was so on top of things; she really went above and beyond in everything she did for us. We will definitely use her again in the future. It is rare to find someone who is so good at what they do. Julie was amazing. My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying our first home! Thank you!
Julie spent an extraordinary amount of time dealing with a difficult transaction and disgruntled heirs. She did an exceptional job, above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from their Realtor. I’d recommend Julie to anyone! Thanks!
My husband and I bought our first home with the help of Julie Sullivan. She had come highly recommended to us from friends and we could not be happier with the experience. Julie is a pro in the community – knows the neighborhoods, school districts, etc. She is also highly regarded by other realtors which turned out to be a HUGE benefit when it came time to close. She took great care of us throughout the whole process. We cannot recommend Julie more!
We have been working with Julie for over 10 years and can honestly say she makes the buying and selling process enjoyable. From the first moment you meet her you know she has your best interest as her first priority. The most important thing to us is that Julie takes the time to get to know her clients. By understanding our needs and those of our family, she was able to help us sell our existing home and close on our dream home all within a matter of weeks. We could not ask for more from an agent and we are so thankful that we had Julie on our side!
